This is something I keep running into.. and its funny.. I dont seem to learn how to do it. Perhaps that is why it chases me so.

How true, how true! The concept of letting go sounds so easy, but proves rather difficult to master! I really liked that article - both for the many poignant statments it makes as well as the specific suggestions it has to help one work on this letting go process.
One of the quotes I like best is:
"Before our world can change, we have to change. Before we can change, we have to do something different. And before we can do something different, we have to learn something different."
I guess I need to spend some time on these "letting go lessons".
