In sitting with my nasty habit of becoming dissappointed with everyone and everything in my life, I have learned that the antidote to feeling dissapointed is to instead look at everyone and everything in my life with gratitude.

Its amazing how quickly one gets sucked into the vortex of good feeling and kindness toward others, everything and especially toward mysef with this new found attitute. Needless to say, dissappointment has no room in a place full of gentle gratitute.
