We have a choice of going through life with information that says, "the sky is falling and it's falling on you -- you're gonna die!" Or we can go through life with information that says, "it's okay, you're going to be fine, whatever happens we'll face it together, you're a great human being, a fabulous person, can't think of anyone more wonderful to spend a lifetime with." We get to choose. Have a life companion who loves us or one who hates us.
