Often my glasses of perception are fogged up by arrogance or self-preservence. This only causes me suffering, the world continues to be as it always is. Once I cleanse my glasses and see without the fog, I see clearly, and see things just the way they are, with no expectation, blame, guilt or hate, instead with love, calm, and acceptance.
