While visiting Kelowna, I ran into a really neat used bookstore called "First try books". In there I found many treasure, one that i picked this quote from. Enjoy!
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love NEVER fails. (NIV)" - A love worth giving, Living in the overflow of God's love by Max Lucado.
On days when I have felt non-motivated and simply blue, I have searched for words of inspiration to give me that push start to get my life moving and my mind sparked once again. Often times I have had to look far, only in vain. That's when I thought, why not make my own compilation of inspirational words that I can access anytime, and share with anyone whom requires that extra boost now and again. After all they do say "see a need, fill a need".

God's way is often hidden
"At every moment along the way, God presents us with opportunities to act in His way. Sometimes the most difficult of situations are opportunities for growth in disguise. Opportunities to prove that you can love in His way, despite the hurdles and worldly betrayal."

God said...
God said, No
I asked God to take away my suffering. God said, No, It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. God said, No, Her spirit is whole, her body is only temporary.
I asked God to give me happiness. God said, No, I give you blessings. Happiness is up to you.
I asked God to grant me patience. God said, No, Patience is a byproduct of tribulations. It isn’t granted, it is learned.
I asked God to spare me pain. God said, No, Pain draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.
I asked God to make my spirit grow. God said, No, You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.
I asked for all the things that I might enjoy in life. God said, No, I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.
I asked God to help me love others, as much as he loves me. God said…. Ahhhhh, finally you have the idea.

Serenity, Courage, and Wisdom
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference" The Holy Bible
There is a different take on the above lines:
"God grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can, and the wisdom to know it's me." - Author Unknown

Ask, Seek, Knock..
"Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it will be opened". - The Holy Bible
I think the above words have tremendous power. They apply in every situation in life. Often times, I have been fearful or shy of asking someone for something, or about something. I thought I was burdening them, or that they would refuse to help me. The chances these outcomes may occur are possible, I will however never find out, unless I step outside of my box, act inspite of my fear, and simply ask.
I also think "seek and you will find" has a lot of truth in it. It doesnt promise a desired outcome, it delicately nudges us to find the truth, whatever that may be, no matter how contrary to the current expectation or belief. If we seek, we will find.
Have a nice day all!

Trust God
"When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don't throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer." -Corrie Ten Boom
