Sorrow and awakening

Every life has a measure of sorrow. Sometimes it is this that awakens us.- The Buddha

As someone whom is trying to find the positive in every situation in my life, looking for the shining diamonds withing the coal, the above saying truly hits home. Its funny, how anytime one is looking for a certain kind of wisdom, it seems to come to them from everywhere.
