Zen and a spinning top

Zen is not about non-movement. . . . Sitting is a centered, strong position in the midst of movement. When you get a top spinning just right, even though it's going very fast, it's so stable that it doesn't even look as if it's moving. If it's slightly off balance, it wobbles. It has to be centered and moving very fast in order to be stable. That's what Zen is all about. - Bernie Glassman
