40 tips for a better life-2009

I came accross this list quite recently, and thought I might share one each day, one to meditate on and keep in mind as one goes about the day. Enjoy!

10: Eat more food that grows on trees and plants, and eat less food that has been manufactured in plants.

I have made a decision to eat something only between 8am and 8pm everday. Outside of those hours I will fast, drinking only water.
